We guarantee the animal will arrive healthy and free of disease. We recommend that you have the animal examined by an exotic
veterinarian within 48 hrs of the animal arriving in your care. All vet and return shipment charges are the responsibility of the
purchaser. We reserve the right to have a second opinion with our veterinarian upon return.
If you are purchasing a baby still being bottle fed we are not responsible for anything that may happen to the baby exotic while in
your care resulting from feeding. We do guarantee that any baby shipped is accepting and nursing the bottle for at least one week
before shipping takes place. All babies are shipped with the current nipple they are use to nursing for easement of stress from
traveling and the new home. If you have any concerns about your baby exotic please contact us immediately so a potential
problem can be diverted.

Permits and Laws:
It is your responsibility to check your state, county, municipal, and local zoning regulations. If you do not research and find out later
that you are not allowed to own that animal or do not have the proper permits then they may canconfiscate it. No returns are excepted
due to lack of research of permits and laws.
